‘Brought Me to Tears’: Eucharistic Procession Through Catholic School Hallways Goes Viral

“This is truly what sets Catholic schools apart – a beautiful expression of faith and devotion.”

This is so beautiful!
Catholic schools celebrated Catholic Schools Week from January 25 – 31, 2026. Each school celebrates in its own way, and one school decided to expose the Eucharist to its students, faculty, and staff.
Saint Agnes Catholic School in Saint Paul, Minnesota, published a reel of their annual Eucharistic procession on January 29.
In the reel, which generated approximately 300,000 views on Facebook and Instagram combined, the priest processes the Eucharist through the school’s hallways. Student altar servers lead the procession alongside the priest. Approximately 840 students participated, along with 100 faculty and staff.
“Today, our King walked our halls and blessed every Aggie along the way during our annual Catholic Schools Week Eucharistic Procession,” the video’s caption reads. Christ Jesus is King of our school. Christ Jesus is King of our classrooms. Christ Jesus is King of our hearts.”
