FollowingatragictrainaccidentthatoccurredonSundayevening,Jan.18,intheSpanishtownofAdamuzintheCórdobaprovince,theCatholicChurchisprovidingpastoralcareforthoseaffected. InadditiontothehelpofferedimmediatelyaftertheaccidentbythelocalparishpriestandtheprovisionofdiocesanresourcesbyBishopJesúsFernándezofCórdobaafterhevisitedthesceneoftheaccidentonMondaymorning,thediocesehasassignedateamofthreeprieststothearea. Thepriests,LeopoldoRivero,FranciscoJ.Granados,andManuelSánchez,willremainatthePonienteSurCivicCenterinCórdoba,thesupportcenterforthefamiliesofthevictims,foraslongasneeded.
