TheFederalBureauofInvestigation(FBI)specialagentwhooversawtheVirginiaofficeresponsibleforahighlycontroversialinvestigationintolocalCatholicswillleadthestate’ssafetyofficeunderitsnewDemocraticgovernor.  Gov.-electAbigailSpanbergernominatedStanleyMeadorasthenextVirginiasecretaryforpublicsafetyandhomelandsecurity,accordingtoaDecemberannouncement.
