I am a very light sleeper, and thanks to my ADHD, my mind is usually most active after midnight, and this was particularly worse when I was pregnant.

Now, this was fine when I was single and didn’t have to wake up early for work or tend to a family.  Back then, I could easily stay up all night and sleep in till midday the next day.
