OnMarch28,thecentennialofthepriestlyordinationofSt.JosemaríaEscrivá,thefounderofOpusDei,willbecelebratedwithliturgicalandacademiceventsinZaragoza,Spain,andinRome. TheSpanishsaintwasordainedapriestinZaragozainthechapelofthecurrentSt.CharlesBorromeoseminary. EscriváenteredtheseminaryinSeptember1920,transferringfromtheseminaryinLogroño.InadditiontostudyingtheologyatthePontificalUniversityofZaragoza,healsostudiedlawatthestateuniversity. ThenewlyordainedpriestcelebratedhisfirstMassonMarch30,1925,theMondayofHolyWeek,inthechapelofOurLadyofthePillarCathedral.ThenewpriestofferedtheMassforthereposeofthesoulofhisfather,JoséEscrivá,whohaddiedinNovember1924.
